I hope everyone has been finding their new favorite book!

Review: Lost Girl by Leia Stone

Title: Lost Girl
Author: Leia Stone
 Publication date: February 26, 2021
Series: Wolf Girl
Stars: 5

Summary: I've been kidnapped by vampires and Sawyer is under some love spell.

Now I’ve got to traipse through the entire Magic Lands without getting killed to make it back to Werewolf City… hopefully in one piece.

Everything would have worked out as planned if Sawyer hadn’t gone on another revenge killing spree in my honor.
Now the entire magical world is at war, and my True Mate and I are stuck in the middle of it.

It's just another Monday.

Review: I definitely need more with marmal. This series so far has some very unexpected twists and turns. I went straight from book one to book two and finally around two am realized sleep was important for my getting over being sick so I went to bed... but I read 40% of book two before realizing that. I do have to say every time I read chin butt all I can imagine is two pointy butt cheeks. Butt chin and chin butt are definitely two different things. I'm so happy this cliffhanger was less cliffhanger like. As always I breezed through Leia Stone's book and am on my way to book three.

Review: Wolf Girl by Leia Stone

Title: Wolf Girl
Author: Leia Stone
Publication date: December 27, 2020
Series: Wolf Girl
Stars: 5

Summary: When my parents were banished from Wolf City before I was born, I thought there was no way I would ever live in a pack again. Cuffed, with my shifter magic bound, I was forced to go to school with witches in order to keep my true nature from coming out.

Then I met him.

Sawyer Hudson.

The Alpha's son was visiting Delphi Witches' College and spotted me. He took one look at me, and an hour later, I was being pulled out of school, taken into Wolf City and leaving my parents and everything I knew behind.

It's the Alpha's son's selection year, the year he must pick a mate, and every female aged 18-22 must be in attendance.

I've landed myself in the middle of Werewolf Bachelor, and just when I think I've got a handle on things, Sawyer releases my cuffs, unbinds my magic, and sees what I really am.

The problem is, I don't know what this creature is that I transform into. It's not an ordinary werewolf, that's for damn sure.

Review: I absolutely love Sawyer and there is no way around it.
Another thing I love about this book is that there is no real misunderstanding trope which I hate. There was a moment where she learned a bit of who she was and was afraid to tell him but then she went to do it and all was good.
I read this book without putting it down. The minute it got the their chemistry I forgot about the rest of the world. My pizza rolls were abandoned, my bladder forgot there was a tiny baby kicking it, the only thing that tried to push through while I was reading why my migraine. But alas I continued on with great speed. I don't think I physically put the book down until I was some where into chapter two of the next book. Then my body remembered I had to take care of it.
I loved every second of this book... except the end, the twist came from no where and I absolutely despise cliffhangers.

Review: Promised to him by Leia Stone

Title: Promised to him
Author: Leia Stone
Publication date: July 29, 2022
Series: Wolfed
Stars: 5

Summary: I'm a shell of a human being, a ghost of my former self.

My circumstances have nearly broken me but Maddy is there to keep me sane. Together we plot a way out of here, we comfort one another on hard days.

My twentieth birthday is coming up and I've decided that if I'm going to die anyway, I might as well kill Silas and take that bastard with me.

Curse be dammed.

My only wish is that I could see Brayden one last time before I go...

Review: I love how the action in this one is absolutely ramped up from the last book. Sometimes you just need a book full of action. I loved her learning more about herself at every turn. I am also thankful that there was not too much of her year in captivity as that's not really the story I am looking for. I would love more of a backstory on why the fae hate the Greywolf so much. Now I am off to find my next series to dive head first into!

Review: Cursed by Love by Leia Stone

Title: Cursed by Love
Author: Leia Stone
Publication date: May 11, 2022
Series: Wolfed
Stars: 5

Summary: Following a trail of blood into the woods isn't the smartest thing I’ve ever done, but when I find an injured wolf, I can’t bring myself to leave him behind.

That decision might end up being my last because when a pack of wolves tries to attack us, it looks like we won’t make it out alive. The next day when I wake up in my bed, it all feels like a dream… except for the bite mark on my arm and the fever.

When a mysterious guy with searing blue eyes comes into my bar, hovering around me all night, I’m more than a little creeped out. He’s hot as sin, but also super possessive with legit stalker vibes. I’m convinced my instincts are right when I black out and then wake up in his arms, limp, feverish and dying.

But it turns out I’m not dying, just a newly turned werewolf. And the guy from the bar? Well he thinks I’m his reincarnated soul mate, but if that’s true I’m screwed, because according to him that only leaves me with one choice: to drop dead on my twentieth birthday.

Review: This author is truly my light in the dark. I read so many genres and books in December that I kind of hit a wall. I couldn't find a single book I could complete. Then I found the amazing Leia Stone. I have already completed two series(spoiler alert) by her and am about to start my third as I complete my backlog of reviews. I am truly going out with a bang at the end of my year by reading these amazing books! Thank you Leia for writing these stories.
Now onto my review. I love the buildup and the story building. I love meeting each character individually getting to fall in love with them and seeing how each story combines.

Review: The Broken Elf King by Leia Stone

Title: The Broken Elf King
Author: Leia Stone
Publication date: November 26, 2022
Series: Kings of Avalier
Stars: 5

Summary: I never should have taken that loan but my aunt needed the meds and they were too expensive for me to afford by myself. Now I’ve been sold to slavery and the Nightfall Queen’s guards have found out I’m not entirely human.

I guess I’m lucky they didn’t kill me.

The next thing I know I’m transferred to the Elf King’s castle to find out that
he has bought me. It will take me five years to pay off the debt but I get to be his personal assistant. Personal assistant to the king. That can’t be so bad, right?

Wrong. Oh how wrong I was.

His council has tasked me with finding him a wife before they will fund his war against the Nightfall Queen. That part should be easy, he’s rich, disgustingly handsome, and smart to boot. The problem? He’s rejecting every high born female I send his way.

The more time we spend together, the more we realize I’m not just some half elf. There is a deep power that runs through my veins, one that makes me a target. His solution?

Enter into a fake marriage with him so that he can get the council off his back and I can get some protection.

That’s a great idea, so long as I don’t fall in love with him.
Should be simple enough…

The Broken Elf King is book TWO of FOUR in the Kings of Avalier series. It's a full-length standalone fantasy romance that focuses on the Elf King Raife Lightstone.

Review: Although I was saddened to have completed the story with the dragon king and his new wife I am thrilled that all these stories are interconnected. We briefly met the Elf king in the end of book one which was a wonderful introduction into this story. I love how they fell in love even though they entered a fake marriage. It really is a sweet story but I cannot wait to get onto the third book April 2023 here I come!!

Review: The last Dragon King by Leia Stone

Title: The last Dragon King
Author: Leia Stone
Publication date: September 29, 2022
Series: Kings of Avalier
Stars: 5

Summary:
The Dragon King is looking for a wife.

This news throws the women in my village into a tizzy. The king will be sending out the royal guard to bring women of childbearing age to his castle in Jade City.

There is only one requirement: the woman must carry enough magic to produce an heir for him.

I’m a watered-down human with a mere ten percent dragon magic lineage, I know I won’t be chosen, but for some reason the magic sniffers command me to present myself to the king as a possible wife.

I’m ready to go to Jade City until my mother tells me a terrifying secret. A secret that could get me killed… by the king himself.

This is a full length fantasy romance standalone with an HEA!

Review: I'll be honest I've read so many books this month that. I needed a bit of a palette cleanser. I tried to finish a few of the series I was reading and couldn't do it. So as a last ditch effort I went with my second favorite genre after smut which is Fantasy.
This book was amazing! I finished it in less than 24 hours and have already started book two! I'm happy this series will be one of the last one's I read this year I think it will help start the year off in the right direction!

Highly recommend this Fantasy novel with hints of Romance!

Review: Stone Heart by Katee Robert

Title: Stone Heart
Author: Katee Robert
Publication date: March 1, 2022
Series: Dark Olympus #.5
Stars: 5

Summary: In the city of Olympus, people only speak about Medusa in whispers. She’s Athena’s knife hand, the one sent when Athena wants someone to disappear. No one asks Medusa what she wants, but she owes Athena her life, and if staining her hands with blood is the only way to repay the debt, it’s a small price to pay.

Until Athena sends her after Calypso, the mistress of the rich politician Odysseus. As far as Medusa can tell, Calypso hasn’t done anything remotely worthy of a death sentence, and her conflicted feelings only get compounded when she finally sees the woman. Calypso is beautiful and cunning and she’ll do anything to keep her life—including seducing her would-be assassin.

What starts as a ploy to escape quickly spirals into genuine interest. Medusa is hardly the cold killer that rumors suggest, and Calypso is far more complicated than her reputation as a ruthless gold-digger.

But it doesn’t matter that they’ve finally found something special together. Athena will have her blood, and this time not even crossing the River Styx will save them…

Review: I have always absolutely loved Medusa. She is one of my favorites from Greek Mythology. So when I saw the opportunity for this novella I jumped at it! This version is everything. I wish it was a full book. But considering I haven't read anything else in the series maybe she and Calypso will appear in the series more. Highly recommend!

Review: Call me Crazy by Melanie Harlow

Title: Call me Crazy
Author: Melanie Harlow
Publication date: February 12. 2021
Series: Bellamy Creek
Stars: 5

Summary: It was the perfect plan.
I needed a wife—temporarily—in order to inherit the family business.
And she needed a favor—the kind that takes nine months to deliver.

We had it all worked out, from the no-touching policy on our wedding night (her rule) to the no-falling-in-love decree (mine). She’d marry me, I’d give her the means to have the baby she’d always wanted, and one year later we’d amicably part ways with no hassle, no demands, and certainly no regrets.

After all, Bianca DeRossi and I are experts at infuriating one another—we’ve been doing it since we were kids. Trouble is, she grew up gorgeous and feisty, and she still knows exactly how to get under my skin.

And that wedding night? Well, it doesn’t exactly go down hands-free.

Then she moves in with me, and I really start to lose my mind. From her sexy little pout to her wicked sense of humor to those meatball sandwiches she makes just because she knows they’re my favorite . . . I find myself wanting to break every rule we put in place.

Our story was never supposed to end with happily ever after.
But call me crazy, I just might be in love with my wife.

Review: This was the one I thought I would like the least. But I do love a marrige of convenance. Bianca is amazing I have absolutely loved all of the female leads so far! I can't wait to get through the rest of the series and then hop over to the Cloverleigh farms series! Also for anyone who hasn't read anything by Melanie Harlow yet. Start with that series first because although they are different towns it's all connected so I'll be reading them just slightly backwards.

Review: Make Me Yours by Melanie Harlow

Title: Make Me Yours
Author: Melanie Harlow
Publication date: November 23, 2020
Series: Bellamy Creek
Stars: 4.5

Summary: He’s my brother’s best friend.

The hot single dad next door.

And one accidental sext later, my massive crush on him is no longer a secret.

It’s my own damn fault. I’m thirty years old, for heaven’s sake. I’m a kindergarten teacher and a (reasonably) responsible adult. I should know better than to get tipsy and draft a fake text listing all the dirty things I wish Officer Cole Mitchell would do to me.

I wasn’t supposed to hit send.

He wasn’t supposed to see it.

And he definitely wasn’t supposed to text back telling me to go on . . .

Because after that, things escalate quickly.

Cole is everything I’ve ever wanted. He’s sexy and protective. A devoted father to his little girl. A dedicated cop the whole town adores. The kind of guy you can trust to keep his hands to himself, even when you’re desperately hoping he won’t.

I’m not the girl he thought he’d end up with, but after all this time, I might finally get the chance to say the words I’ve always dreamed of . . . make me yours.

Review: Brother's best friend is one of my favorite tropes. But my absolute favorite is single parent. So of course it's almost instantaneous that I'm obsessed with this book! However, Cole Mitchell drove me just a little crazy if I'm being honest. I gave it a 4.5 because of that. It was a fantastic read otherwise. I loved his daughter so much.

Review: Drive Me Wild by Melanie Harlow

Title: Drive Me Wild
Author: Melanie Harlow
Publication date: August 24, 2020
Series: Bellamy Creek
Stars: 5

Summary: When Blair Beaufort literally crashes into Bellamy Creek wearing a ball gown and a tiara, I should have towed her car, said goodnight, and sent her packing.

I’m a mechanic, not a hotel manager. I've got enough on my plate trying to keep my shop from going under, my overbearing mother off my back, and my baseball team in contention for the league championship. I don’t have time for a former debutante with zero street smarts and a cash flow problem, even if she is crazy beautiful.

Problem is, she’s stranded in my small town, and I’m hiding a protective streak underneath my grumpy exterior that runs deep. So I offer her a place to stay and keep my hands to myself.

For exactly one night.

If only she weren't so gorgeous. So funny. So eager to please. She’s a disaster behind the wheel, but she drives me wild without even trying--at work, at home, in the back of my truck . . . I can’t get enough of the way she makes me feel.

But I know better than to think it can last. She wants a fairy tale, and I’m no prince.

So when it comes time for her to leave, there’s nothing I can do but let her go.

No matter how much it hurts to say goodbye.

Review: I am a sucker for a romance with a meet cute and honestly this has the absolute best one ever! I would love to say this is my favorite story out of the three I read so far but they are all so amazing that it's hard to pick. I would definitely say this series is a must read as a whole! Melanie Harlow is someone I'm just going to blindly purchase from now on as I haven't read one book of hers I haven't adored. I was a little worried I wouldn't like the debutant princess but she immediately broke that image I had of her to pieces and stole my heart. I love all the books I've read her in since too.

Review: Give Me More by Sara Cate

Title: Give Me More
Author: Sara Cate
Publication date: June 16, 2022
Series: Salacious Players Club
Stars: 5

Summary: I’m a scoundrel
Playboy. Man whore.
Basically, I get around, and I’m not afraid to admit it.

So when my best friend opens up Salacious Players’ Club and asks me to head the construction, how could I say no?
Now we’re on a cross-country road trip touring other kink clubs, and I couldn’t be happier.
Life is good.

Then Hunter suddenly asks me to sleep with his wife…while he watches.
I’ll do anything for my best friend, but this is the one request I should say no to.
Isabel is the woman of my dreams, but she’s his.
And the exact reason I should say no is the one reason I say yes.
Because it’s not only Isabel I want.

These are the two most important people in my life, and if we go down this path, how will I ever be able to walk away?
I’m not sure my best friend understands just how much I’m willing to do for him—and why.

Review: First I would like to start by saying by goodness this series has absolutely gorgeous covers! Now out of all of the books in this series I thought this would have been the hardest one for me to read as I have never actually attempted a MMF book before. However out of the three I read so far I devoured this one the quickest. This may be the hottest book in the whole damn series. I love how much the characters had to overcome and how they handled it. I honestly didn't think I would like Drake's book as I kind of hated him in the first two but damn do I love him now.

Review: Eyes on Me by Sara Cate

Title: Eyes on Me
Author: Sara Cate
Publication date: April 28, 2022
Series: Salacious Players Club
Stars: 4.5

Summary: I’m a voyeur—it means I like to watch.

And in my line of work, that’s a gift.

As one of the four owners of the Salacious Players’ Club, I’m comfortable on the sidelines. This is what I was made to do, and I work better alone.

Until the day I stumble on a certain cam girl app and find myself watching the one person I should never have watched—my step-sister.

There are three big problems with this.

One, Mia and I can’t stand each other.

Two, she has no idea I’m the man on the other end of the video.

And three…I’m hooked—on the app and on her.

Now, Mia has me wanting and doing things I said I’d never do again, like opening upand getting attached. I’m falling for her, but she’s falling for the mystery man I’m pretending to be.

If I’m going to make this right, then I have to do more than just watch.

But how far will I go to keep her eyes on me?

Review: This book was again a bit of a struggle for me. But it was me and not the book. I knew going in it would be a bit of a forbidden romance just like the first one but it caused a small struggle internally. But honestly again once I got past my initial ick I was fantastically written! I definitely recommend this forbidden romance to all. Honestly this whole series so far is fantastic!

Review: Praise by Sara Cate

Title: Praise
Author: Sara Cate
Publication date: March 17, 2022
Series: Salacious Players Club
Stars: 4.5

Summary: He calls me perfect.
His flawless pet.
His good girl.

Broken down and wounded by my emotionally neglectful ex, I wanted someone to tell me I was good enough.

Then, I stumbled into a new job with a boss who brings me to my knees—literally. He has me do things a real secretary would never do.

Emerson Grant tells me I’m more than just good enough.
I’m worthy of his praise.

There are a million reasons why I should stay away. The owner of the Salacious Players’ Club is not just my new boss, he’s twice my age.

And my ex-boyfriend’s father.

With him, I am treasured. I am adored. I am his.

I’m a good girl, but I’m falling for the wrong man.

Emerson Grant knows what he wants—
And he wants me.

So how far will I go to hear his approval?

Review: I did absolutely love this book. However there were a few parts I struggled to get past. Like how it's her ex's dad. I get the appeal in an age gap but that one was a bit much for me. However getting past that was rather easy and the book was fantastic. I loved their relationship after when Emerson finally admitted his feelings. I highly recommend this age gap romance.

Review: New York Ruthless Series by Sadie Kincaid

Author: Sadie Kincaid
Series: New York Ruthless
# of books in series: 5
Stars: 5

Summary: New York Ruthless. A Reverse Harem MMMF, dark mafia series

Review: I absolutely LOVED this series. I wish I would have thought to write a review for each book but since I didn't I'll just try to do a quick run down. I thought the first four books were definitely 5 stars. That fifth book although good didn't actually need to exist. I figured out who Wolf was on I believe the second book, it's not officially revealed until the fourth book. I really did love this series but I think only 1-4 are required to read. I read the first four in about 2.5 days and it took me about 3 days to read the fifth one. There are also little novella's for more story line but I haven't read those. I'm not a big novella fan. I love a full story.

Review: Crave by Tracy Wolff

Title: Crave

Author: Tracy Wolff

Publication date: April 7, 2020

Series: Crave

Stars: 3

Summary: My whole world changed when I stepped inside the academy. Nothing is right about this place or the other students in it. Here I am, a mere mortal among gods…or monsters. I still can’t decide which of these warring factions I belong to, if I belong at all. I only know the one thing that unites them is their hatred of me.

Then there’s Jaxon Vega. A vampire with deadly secrets who hasn’t felt anything for a hundred years. But there’s something about him that calls to me, something broken in him that somehow fits with what’s broken in me.

Which could spell death for us all.

Because Jaxon walled himself off for a reason. And now someone wants to wake a sleeping monster, and I’m wondering if I was brought here intentionally—as the bait.

Review: I finally gave in and listened to this book on libby. I really enjoyed listening to it. Until the 7th "AF" and not referring to frogger by it's name. The author made some bold assumptions about what a young person may know and for a person who "grew up" in cali their whole life you would think the MC would at best know what frogger is and know how to say full words instead of speaking in short hand. I'm hoping that the next book doesn't have a million AF statements. If it does I'll probably end it right there.

Review: Tis the Season for Revenge by Morgan Elizabeth

Title: Tis the Season for Revenge
Author: Morgan Elizabeth
Publication date: October 25, 2022
Series: Springbrook hills #5
Stars: 5

Summary:
Abbie Keller thought that Richard Bartholemew Benson the Third would be her forever. In their four years of dating, she never doubted that she wouldn’t end up with his grandmother’s engagement ring on her finger. Sure, she had to change a few things about herself to fit that mold, like dying her hair, dressing more conservatively, and finding golf enjoyable (honestly the most difficult of the changes), but she was sure that at the end of it all, it would be worth it.

That is, until he leaves her crying outside her apartment wearing a Halloween costume, having broken it off with her because she’s just not serious enough. She was just fun, he tells her - and now that Richard has becoming a partner at his law firm in his sights, he needs to focus on work.

So she does what every girl does when she’s broken up with: she calls her friends, gets drunk, dyes her hair, and formulates her plan for revenge. It just so happens that the universe supports her efforts and gives her the perfect match to prove to her ex that he made a huge mistake: his boss.

Abbie starts dating the founding partner of Richard’s law firm, Damien Martinez, with one thing in mind: convincing him to invite her to the huge annual Christmas party as his date.

But when the relationship starts to become something more than casual dating and Abbie sees that the tough New York lawyer has a soft side, will she be able to follow through with her plan of deceit?

Tis the Season for Revenge is a contemporary, grumpy sunshine, age-gap, Christmas romance.

It is a full-length romance with a Happily Ever After that features sexually explicit material and profanity. This book is intended for 18+

Review:
My first book by her and I'm fully obsessed. I will definitely be trying to read more books by her. I absolutely loved everything about this book. But I have to admit that Damien lead my down a road of dark romance novels for a bit there even though this is absolutely not a dark romance. I highly recommend this holiday romance to literally everyone. It's a cannot miss!

Review: Once Upon a Royal

Title: Once Upon a Royal
Author: Teri Wilson
Publication date: 11/1/2022
Series: Once Upon
Stars: 5

Summary: She pretends to be a princess at children’s parties.

But can she melt a real prince’s frosty heart?

Get swept away by a Christmas story from Hallmark

and bestselling author Teri Wilson— the queen of royal romance!

“I’m Prince Nikolas of San Glacera. Oh, you’ve never heard of us? Well, you’re not the only one. Our country relies on winter tourism, but we’re attracting fewer and fewer visitors. I admit it’s a problem. I just don’t think the solution is an American who likes to play dress-up.

You see, while I was away on a trip to honor our military, the palace talked my family into holding a contest. The winner gets to play a character in our annual Ice Village festivities and accompany our royal family to holiday events.

And did they at least choose an accomplished actor? Hardly. This woman, Gracie Clark, runs a children’s party business and performs as—I kid you not—‘Princess Snowflake.’

Of course, I do respect the fact that she volunteers at children’s hospitals. I suppose to some, she might have a certain charm... But the whole cheap spectacle is beneath our dignity.

I’m not going to shirk my duty to my kingdom. I’ll go to every event with her. At least, once Christmas is over, she’ll be gone…”

Review: I absolutely adore Teri Wilson. This is only the second book I've read by her but the Once Upon A Royal series is absolutely phenomenal.
Right away I could tell I was going to like Grump Nick. I also was hoping to get a lot of Jaron and Emilie in the story. I absolutely cannot put the book down. I've been so infatuated with it, I've almost forgot about my morning sickness. I'm not normally a fan of the grumpy sunshine trope. But Teri Wilson really knows how to write a story. I absolutely cannot stop smiling. Also, the food she describes is making me so hungry while also wanting to bake all the Christmas cookies. I loved this story so much I literally downloaded it, read it and then completed it. I cannot wait for her next book.
There may or may not have been tears running down my face towards the end, I'm just going to blame the hormones.

I'm hooked for life. Living for Nava's personal growth.

Review: Broken Dove by Chelle Bliss

Title: Broken Dove

Author: Chelle  Bliss
Pub date: 2/15/2022
Stars: 4

Summary: A simple arrangement. A complicated future.

Lia Dove has always been a free spirit, living life to the fullest and never putting down roots. But after finding her birth father, along with a group of lovable, rowdy bikers, she can’t imagine being anywhere else. Throw in a hot biker roommate who offers her no-strings-attached deal as the cherry on top and leaving becomes an afterthought.

Leo Hawk has never felt part of anything until he becomes a prospect in a local motorcycle club. But catching feelings for his roommate, who’s also the club president’s daughter, could spell disaster before he earns his patch.

But when the past comes back to haunt him thanks to his missing older brother, Leo will have to lean on his biker brothers for help, risking a future with the club and the woman he’s grown to love.

Broken Dove is an interconnected standalone friends-to-lovers, motorcycle club romance, but can be read and enjoyed alone.

Review: I have been waiting for Lia's story since reading Broken Sparrow. I like that it jumped a year in the story so Lia and Leo aren't total strangers. I absolutely adored this story as much as I did Broken Sparrow. I don't know if there is going to be a third story but if there is I'm here for it.

Review: Beautifully Cruel by JT Geissinger

Title: Beautifully Cruel

Author: JT Geissinger

Series: Beautifully Cruel #1

Pub date: May 15, 2020

Pages: 310

Stars: 3.5

Summary: Alpha (noun):

1) Having the highest rank in a dominance hierarchy

2) The most powerful man in a group

3) Liam Black

He was a stranger to me, a dark and dangerous presence who materialized from the shadows one rainy night to save me from a vicious attack. I didn’t know his name or where he was from. All I knew was that the only place I’d ever felt safe was in his arms.

But safety is an illusion.

And not every savior is a hero.

And—as I’d soon find out—having an alpha save your life comes with a price.

Liam Black wanted something from me in return.

Review: I absolutely loved Liam. I did hit a bit of a snag at 40% when I had a hard time getting past one of Truvy's part. I really liked her at first she was so strong and determined. Then it got to where I am stuck and she is aloof and indecisive. I hope this part ends soon as I really love JT's writing. I got about 24% further into the book and unfortunately it didn't really pick back up for me. My biggest difficulty was Tru. I loved Declan and Liam but Tru just never went back to how she was in the start of the book. I did really enjoy the end of the book as well. You learn a lot in that last 20%. I wish it hadn't been smushed together. I can't wait to get started on Killian's story.
