Summary: Kill Bill meets Buffy in this supernatural samurai tale.
Rileigh Martin would love to believe that adrenaline gave her the uncanny courage and strength to fend off three muggers. But it doesn't explain her dreams of fifteenth-century Japan, the incredible fighting skills she suddenly possesses, or the strange voice giving her battle tips and danger warnings. While worrying that she's going crazy (always a reputation ruiner), Rileigh gets a visit from Kim, a handsome martial arts instructor, who tells Rileigh she's harboring the spirit of a five-hundred-year-old samurai warrior.
Relentlessly attacked by ninjas, Rileigh has no choice but to master the katana-a deadly Japanese sword that's also the key to her past. As the spirit grows stronger and her feelings for Kim intensify, Rileigh is torn between continuing as the girl she's always been and embracing the warrior inside her.

Review: I'm try something new. I will write everything that comes to my mind as I read the book... Mmm Pizza! Ok so it will only be related to the book.

Not gonna lie the beginning of this book was a bit... odd. Why can she hear a voice? The book makes it seem like she has mental issues, Which I guess is the point. Further on I got completely lost. There were flashbacks, now if any of you know me you know I hate those. But they were very important for this book, So they were good. at 11% through the book I  was on the line between love and hate. Wait there we go now it's on the like and love line! The more I move into the book the more I fall in love with it. In part's I feel like it's connected to me, not the hearing voice's but having past lives or a destiny. This lines up exactly with what my friends and I have been talking about. This book has a definite pull. Book got better and better as it went on. Oh Plus, there are plenty of fight scenes, and hot guys! (So it has something for me (the fighting) and something for people more into lovey dovey stuff (Hot guys and a really old romance) Oh, don't forget there are plenty of bad guys too. It's a rather good book. Sorry for the confusing review. I am apparently a scatter brain! Oh almost forgot, The ending will shock you!
